Grounding & Opening
Lesson 1: Guided Meditation – “Arriving in the Present” Lesson 2: Icebreaker Activity – “Draw Your Name with Colors”

Section 3: Creative Healing Activities
Lesson 1: Color Your Emotions – expressing feelings with colors Lesson 2: Healing Shapes & Symbols – guided drawing activity Lesson 3: Freedom Art Collage – cutting/pasting/mixing creative expression

Section 4: Journaling & Reflection
Lesson 1: Prompt 1 – “What is one emotion I want to release today?” Lesson 2: Prompt 2 – “What new possibility am I ready to welcome?”

Section 5: Sharing & Closing
Lesson 1: Circle Sharing – reflections from the group Lesson 2: Affirmation Ritual – writing & speaking affirmations Lesson 3: Closing Meditation – “Carrying Creativity Forward”
